1. Release Planning & Calendar Support

2. Release Readiness & Checklist Management

The ActiveReports Report Developer/Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory reports that integrate with an EHR application. This position will primarily use ActiveReports / ActiveReports.NET as the enterprise reporting technology. Strong SQL and data-analysis skills with expertise in report layout, calculations, parameters, grouping, formatting, subreports, and data validation are required. The ideal candidate understands how to translate business and clinical reporting requirements into accurate, usable reports while navigating complex relational healthcare data. Experience with EHR/EMR systems is a plus but is not required for an otherwise strong ActiveReports reporting candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Report Development
Design, develop, modify, and maintain reports using ActiveReports / ActiveReports.NET.
Translate functional and technical requirements into production-ready reports.
Develop reports containing:
Tables and tablix structures
Groups and nested groups
Sorting and filtering
Parameters
Conditional formatting
Calculated fields and expressions
Charts and graphical elements
Headers and footers
Subreports
Drill-down or interactive functionality where applicable
Build reports designed for screen viewing, printing, PDF generation, Excel export, and other required distribution methods.
Develop reusable report components and standardized report templates.
Modify existing reports as operational and regulatory requirements change.
Troubleshoot report rendering, formatting, pagination, performance, and data issues.
