We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to support prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring critical materials are available to meet aggressive development and launch timelines.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to proactively manage material readiness, resolve shortages, and mitigate supply chain risks that could impact program milestones. You will play a critical role in providing visibility to stakeholders, driving accountability, and ensuring successful execution of key development builds.

Typical Day or Week in the Role
Typical Task Breakdown
  • Track and manage out-of-process Product Development (PD) material required for prototype and pilot builds.
  • Monitor critical material orders and proactively drive resolution of supply constraints, supplier delays, and material shortages.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute inventory and material status reports that provide stakeholders with daily visibility into high-priority components.
  • Communicate material risks, supplier promise dates, and schedule impacts to Engineering, Logistics Planning Analysts (LPAs), Procurement teams, and leadership.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availability aligns with build schedules and program milestones.
  • Escalate critical supply chain issues when necessary and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Support cross-functional program reviews by providing accurate supply chain status updates and risk assessments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve material visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain execution.
Interaction with Team
  • Will work with the RISM product facing procurement team. But work with a large cross functional team for communication
Team Structure
  • Team will have 4 team members on site. 2 team members in other facilities
Work Environment
  • In office 5 days per week will need a vehicle to drive in between building on the same campus a few times per week
Education & Experience Required
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering Support, Operations Management, or a related field; or
  • Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field with no experience required.
