Position’s Contributions to Work Group
  • This role serves as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master supporting delivery teams across the Dealer ERP transformation program.
  • The individual will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive work decomposition, backlog refinement and prioritization in Azure DevOps, manage dependencies and milestones, coordinate stakeholder communications, and help ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • The role is critical to maintaining alignment across teams, improving delivery predictability, and providing transparency into program progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Enable delivery across complex, enterprise-scale workstreams including release planning, readiness, coordination, and execution activities.
  • Your contribution will include driving transparency through dashboards, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality ERP capabilities on time and within scope.
Typical Day or Week in the Role
Typical Task Breakdown
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to decompose and prioritize work in Azure DevOps, ensuring a healthy, execution-ready backlog aligned to delivery commitments.
  • Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clearly defined and understood.
  • Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple teams and workstreams to drive alignment and delivery predictability.
  • Facilitate cross-team dependency identification, management, and resolution.
  • Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
  • Manage and track project milestones, delivery commitments, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate release readiness activities, deployment planning, and execution support across teams.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and communicate delivery status, milestones, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and effective communication across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams.
  • Drive adherence to Agile standards, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure successful delivery of ERP capabilities.
Interaction with Team
  • Working with the Dealer and Rental Systems PMO team and broader ERP program team, including external partners.

Education & Experience Required
  • No degree, they must have 8+ years exp as a PM/ Scrum master exp 5 year exp
  • Degree (preferred), they must have 5+ years exp as PM/ Scrum master exp 3+ year.
Required Technical Skills
  • Azure DevOps expertise, including backlog management, work item decomposition, sprint planning, tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. SAFe experience a plus.
  • Project and program management experience, including milestone tracking, dependency management, RAID management, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing delivery against commitments
  • Technical understanding of the software product development lifecycle and digital product delivery practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
  • Miro experience (nice to have)
