Job Description As part of Digital's Technical Product Management team you will be a part of creating the next generation of digital solutions to enable enterprise growth in prime sales and aftermarket parts and services. Primary responsibilities include developing product requirements, technical solutions, and engineering roadmaps with an emphasis on maximizing solution re-use, customer value and enterprise value. Position's Contributions to Work Group
Maximize the value of the product and define work for multiple scrum teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, System Engineering, Data and Analytics Architects & Platform Architects to own and progressively elaborate functional and non-functional Epics and Features for the Development Teams to deliver.
The Product Manager is empowered to make all decisions regarding the Technical Product Backlog.

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree is a requirement with 10+ Years experience
Master's degree with 6+ years experience
Required Technical Skills
Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
Consideration for Top Candidates

At least 4 years of experience in Product Management in the software space.
