Position's Contributions to Work Group

  • The primary function of the Project Coordinator is to support Project Managers and project teams in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role helps ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule, customers receive a positive overall experience, and supports project tracking, documentation, scheduling, logistics coordination, and administrative support functions.

Typical Day or Week in the Role

  • Support PMs.
  • Coordinate project teams.
  • Track milestones.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics.
  • Track shipments.
  • Maintain shipment photos.
  • Maintain records.
  • Communicate with teams.
  • Maintain documentation.
  • Perform administrative duties.

Interaction with Team

  • Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Team Structure

  • 15-person team consisting of Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators.

Work Environment

  • 90% office / 10% production floor.
  • PPE required: shoes and safety glasses.

Education & Experience Required

  • 0–2 years.
  • No degree required.
  • 2-year degree + 4 years experience.
  • HS diploma + 6 years experience.
  • No Master's.
  • Internships accepted.
  • Comparable: Project Coordinator, Assistant PM.
